Named after Havarlan, the Havarlan Highlands is both an administrative region of Tamarand and Dragonheart and a geographic region within Dimitar.

The Havarlan Highlands is administrated under the House Havarlan as a Duchy, with its last ruler being the Lord-Duke Karlyol II.
